  When I first came in to make an appointment they were rude. I did not think I would find my dress here but when I came back for the appointment the store manager, Allyce, was my consultant and she was fantastic!! She was encouraging and very kind. She was as happy for me as any friend would be. 5/5 recommend!!

  I ordered my wedding dress in August. The initial experience was fine and I was helped and treated fairly. However, my dress was a month late and at one point I was told it was lost and they didn't know where it was. I called several times and each time was told it would be in that week and they would call. When we picked it up they did not apologize or explain what had happened. They put the dress in a clear flimsy bag and wadded the bottom up and tied it. They informed me that they did not have a garment bag for me. I left feeling hurt and unimportant.

  They were very knowledgeable and sweet. However, absolutely under any circumstances order your bridesmaids dresses over the phone with this company. All 5 of my girls ended up with dresses 6 sizes too big. If they take your measurements over the phone they automatically add like 2-3 sizes bigger than you actually are so you have to get them altered in length, bust, and waist. They told us the reason for measuring bust, waist, hips, & hollow to hem and that the process took so long was because each dress was getting hand made. Not the case AT ALL!!! They just take your measurements and then order a couple sizes bigger so that you have to get the dress altered which adds additional charges to your girls. It also costs extra if you want rush shipping (less than 90 days notice). Beware!
