  Have always been happy with Gadget Grave in the past. But sadly I have to say this time I left not as happy with them. I had a laptop hard drive crash. They took care of me by replacing the hard drive. But wasn't able to pull my stuff off the old hard drive. Which I understand is a hard process to do and they didn't charge me for it since they weren't able to get my stuff. But what I have to say that I was up set with was the techs/ front desk workers. I talk to two of them. One name Josh and the other I can't remember his name. They were rude in my personal opinion and smart alecks how they talk to me a paying customers. The only thing saving them from a lower rating is one tech/desk worker name Nolan. He was nice and help me when I came to pick my stuff up.

  Thomas Howard was great.. He was very polite.and helpful. Thomas got a heavy desk top computer out of the car, then helped with returning it. I also received help with a password reset .I am glad to give him an excellent review, and will recommend Gadget Grave.
