  I spent 60.00 and paid for it with a check. It cleared my bank the VERY NEXT DAY! The merchandise did not fit who I had purchased it for so I went back and asked for a refund. I was told no it could only be a gift card. So I said I'd come back the next day and the next and the next....7 days later they still won't give me cash back. I showed them my check cleared the very next day and they said it hasn't cleared our bank! I said I don't care about your bank you got my money now I want it back. They said it could take up to 14 days!! In this day and age of electronics I don't think so. They are just crazy and I will never step foot in a Khols again once I get MY CASH BACK. Nothing but thieves with a policy so outdated that it's unbelievable .

  I went to this Kohl's location and was checking out. I overheard a young girl who worked there, named Ana, going above and beyond to give the customer a good experience. Instead of silently checking them out without any interaction, she engaged them in conversation. Through no fault of Ana's, the customer, who was a grown woman, took offense to something she said. Ana was very apologetic and continued to engage the customer . After the woman left, Ana was visibly upset and concerned that the woman was going to report her. I just wanted to write this review to express how refreshing it is to see a young woman like Ana who is concerned enough about her job to care about how the customer feels. I have a niece Ana's age and it made me proud to see a young girl who takes that much pride in her job. Great job Ana!!!!!
