- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆April 04, 2019, by redneckism101I worked for this company, when you are a customer you can expect unparalleled professionalism and customer service, the reason I gave 4 stars is the same reason orkin has a high turnover of employees. On the branch level everything is kosher but on the corporate level they truly do have unrealistic expectations of their employees. They would rather work their employees into the ground rather than hire more employees. Orkin may cost more than its competitors, but they guarantee their work
