  I hate being hassled by sales persons as soon as I step into a door. (That being said, I was married to one, so I do understand how sales work.) You would expect to be greeted with a smile, introduced, and asked if there is anyway to be helped. After hearing "we are just looking, thank you", you would not expect to be followed around the entire visit, with the sales person literally lurking 3 sofas away as you walk around the store. He was just waiting to say anything about a sofa we sat on or paused next to. Very annoying. He left us with comments about the competitors in town, whom sold the exact products at the exact price as they did. Who ever he was, he was young, inexperienced, and had greeted us and followed us around the same way the last time we stopped in months back. (The dip in his mouth didn't seem too professional either.) We will NOT be returning to this store, due to the one annoying salesman, and the utter bull he kept spitting out.

  The sales team has always been friendly (but not harassing at all) like you can get at some furniture places in town. I'm not a very patient person so I love that whatever I find in the store, I can get it that day, and they are able to deliver! They've got some great finds on things (like gorgeous rugs that are really affordable). I always see something new that catches my eye here.
